Our new customers often ask us about pricing, guest passes, and fitness training tips. Below are a few of our most frequently asked questions. If you don’t see your question below, don’t worry; simply call a member of our team or email us your questions.

  1. Are there different types of memberships?

    To best serve the various needs of our customers we offer different memberships that are designed to make fitness affordable for everyone. Our memberships offer flexibility in terms, payment, length, and access to classes. To find out more, please contact a team member today.

  2. Does my membership include a guest pass?

    We offer a limited number of guest passes on a daily basis. We want to ensure that our facilities are always available for our members, however, we also know that sometimes it is nice to workout with a friend. If you are interested in getting a guest pass, contact a member of our team to check for availability.

  3. Do you offer group classes?

    Yes! We proudly offer a wide-variety of group classes seven days a week. Classes are available in the morning, afternoon, and evening. Be sure to sign-up in advance to reserve your spot today! You can also learn more about individual classes by checking out our “classes” page.

  4. What should I bring for a workout?

    Customers bring a variety of items for their workout, however, here are a few of our suggestions:

    • Your membership card.
    • Workout towel – we do provide towels to wipe down the equipment that you’ll be using.
    • A water bottle – water fountains are also conveniently located throughout the facility.
    • Toiletries – there are showers located in the gym locker rooms.
    • Workout clothes – something comfortable that you can move and sweat in.
    • Workout shoes – some of our equipment is specially designed for use with specialty shoes (for example cycling shoes or running shoes).
  5. How do I make payments?

    We accept payment via check, PayPal, or a major credit card.

  6. Can I cancel my membership?

    While we would be sad to see you go, you can of course cancel your membership. Cancelation fees will depend on your chosen membership. Some memberships require a one-month cancelation notification to avoid cancelation fees.

  7. Do you offer personal training services?

    Yes! We have a number of certified personal trainers that can help you meet your specific fitness goals. Working with a personal trainer will depend on that trainer’s availability and your preferred workout strategies. No matter who you work with, our personal trainers will always support, motivate, and help you achieve your fitness and health goals.

  8. How do I sign-up?

    Signing-up has never been easier! Simply fill out an online application, make your first payment, and print out your temporary membership card. We will mail you an official membership card after your first month is completed. You can also sign-up in person; ask a team member at the front desk for an application and enjoy our services today!

  9. When can I workout?

    Our facilities are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week!

  10. Are there late payment fees?

    Payments are due on the 5th of each month. You will be charged a late payment fee if your payment isn’t made in time (this fee is dependent on your membership). You can also pay for the entire year upfront. If you choose to make one yearly payment you will receive a discount. Contact a member of our team for our current discounted specials!
